VGA Gallery welcomes Tanya DePass for a new episode of VGA FIRESIDE! Tanya founded I Need Diverse Games, a not-for-profit foundation based in Chicago dedicated to better diversification of all aspects of gaming. She is also a writer, Twitch partner, and diversity consultant on games such as Far Cry: New Dawn and Wandersong.

VGA Fireside is an artist speaker series that presents the stories and work of video game creators and writers. Presented online, the series also functions as a growing archive of those who make and think about video game art and how it responds to their current moment of history.

VGA Fireside is presented in partnership with the Independent Game Developers Association Chicago Chapter, and the Media Arts and Game Design Module in Radio/TV/Film in the School of Communication at Northwestern University.
